SDG's National Brain Drain Survey

This is a short, 35 question survey. Our purpose is to help community leaders learn what can be done to bring more talented and educated people to small, medium sized, and rural communities. Often when people leave their home towns, for work or college, they do not return -- hence the "brain drain". You can help us understand why.
