FYI, Fort Wayne is ranked 45th. Amazingly, the original report at http://www.uww.edu/npa/cities/ is so poorly designed (every line of text is rendered as images making it mostly unusable and inaccessible) at the time of posting this, that I had to link to the story on Yahoo News.
